I split residences between AZ and WA, and focus on individuals that share the same love of both climates. Having my Real Estate license in two states and supporting my clients in both areas has been a big part of my continued growth in both the Phoenix area and in the Pacific Northwest.


I have helped my clients purchase weekend properties, log homes, vacant land and homes with an ADU. I have sold rental properties with tenants still residing and vacant. I work closely with investors on properties in need of remodeling, new septic design and land lots that are sub-dividable. I have listed and learned about farm and agriculture properties and the tax and zoning specifications that come with each.


Currently my goals have been to assist clients on specific areas of real estate which include: build on their individual wealth, estate management, 1031 exchange, multi-gen living and rental investment or with life changes and sales and acquisitions of real property.


My clients often need a specialist that brings value. Currently I have created a vetted referral directory from window washers to full remodels. I now have an amazing list of contractors and am looking to build on that referral list and to serve my growing clientele.
